raamaabhoga: - Carnal enjoyments

paschaat - Later

anta - at the end

roga: - they get diseases

sareerE - of the body.

yath - even if

api lOkE - in this world

maranam saranam - death is the only and final refuge of everyone

tad api - even then

na mucati - does not relinquish

paapaacharanam - sinful ways of life.

gEyam gitaa naamasahasram
dhyEyam sripathi roopam ajasram
nEyam sajjana sangE cittam
dEyam deena janaaya cha vittam

gEyam - Things that need to be sung are

gitaa - Srimath Bhagavath Gita (and)

naama sahasram - Sri Vishnu Sahasra Naamam

dhyEyam - Thing that needs to be meditated upon

ajasram - always without any interruption (is)

sripathi roopam - the form of the Lord of Lakshmi

nEyam - Thing that needs to be seeked with love

cittam - (by) mind (is)

Sath jana sangE - the association of the good people

cha - and

vittam - the wealth

dEyam - should be distributed

deena janaaya - to the underprivileged and impoverished (Poor people).

aatmajnaana viheenaa muudhaa
tE pachyantE narakanigoodhaa:

tyaktvaa - Leaving

kaamam - Desire

krOdham - Anger

lObham - Greed

mOham - Delusion

aatmaanam bhaavaya - make self-inquiry

ka: aham - 'Who am I?'.

aatma gnaana viheenaa - People without self-knowledge

muudaa - are fools

tE - they

naraka niguudaa - are captives of hell

pachyantE - and tortured.

satrau mitrE putrE bandhou
maa kuru yatnam vigrahasandhou
bhava samacittah sarvatra tvam
vaanchasyaciraad yadi vishnutvam

vaachasya achiraat yati - If you want to attain sooner

vishnutvam - the God Realization

bhava sama citta: sarvatra tvam - be equal minded towards everythin

maa kuru yatnam - Make no effort

vigraha sandhou - to be either at war or in league with

satrau mitrE putrE bandhou - with enemy, friend, son or relative.

tvayi mayi chaanyatraikO vishnu:
vyartham kupyasi maa sahishnu:
sarvasminn api pasyaatmaanam
sarvatro tstrja bhedaajnaanam

tvayi mayi cha anyatra yEkO vishnu: - In you, in me and everywhere else there is one God - Vishnu.

vyartham - It is vain

kupyasi maa - Do not get angry with me

sahishnu: - Be patient.

sarvasmin api - Everywhere and in everything

pasyati aatmaanam - See the Aatman

sarvatra - Everywhere

tstrja - Leave off

bheda ajnaanam - The ignorance that is the cause for the feeling of difference.
