yadyapi lOkE maranam saranam
tadapi na muncati paapaacaranam
sukhata: kriyatE - One relishes and does
raamaabhoga: - Carnal enjoyments
paschaat - Later
anta - at the end
roga: - they get diseases
sareerE - of the body.
yath - even if
api lOkE - in this world
maranam saranam - death is the only and final refuge of everyone
tad api - even then
na mucati - does not relinquish
paapaacharanam - sinful ways of life.
